Abstract Introduction Microscopic-assisted vasovasostomy is a well described procedure used to manage obstructive azoospermia. Intra-abdominal azoospermia poses challenge and various techniques have been described, including both open minimally invasive approaches. The wide-spread adoption of robotics within urology has led multiple reports robotic-assisted vasovasostomy, which offers feasible solution for this challenging problem.
